Jared was seriously the best and made this entire process so quick and easy. He helped me start my new lease paperwork over the phone/email, so we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I walked into the dealership yesterday without an appointment to check out some 2024 and 2025 GTIs. I was just doing some early research as I intend to purchase one in the next year and hadn't yet experienced the MK8 or MK8.5 platform (I currently drive a MK7 GTI). I had kind of been dreading going to the dealer as I didn't want to encounter a pushy salesman, but my experience at Cherry Hill VW was actually nothing short of amazing. Kyle Duckworth was there and was able to provide information as well as a test drive of a 2024 GTI Autobahn. Kyle is a GTI/Golf R enthusiast and driver himself and it was great to connect with someone else who loves the cars and isn't just looking to push another sale. Fun fact: Kyle and I have also both owned Porsche 944s and European wagons (Kyle a Volvo, myself a BMW) so it basically felt like I was hanging out with and chatting with a buddy during the initial evaluation of the car and the test drive. I'm not quite ready to purchase a new GTI just yet, but I'm planning for 2026. I definitely intend to return to Cherry Hill VW to work with Kyle Duckworth when I'm ready, as he made the whole experience thus far enjoyable and pressure-free, which is exactly how I want a car-buying experience to be.
